TurningPoint Leadership Development Program
is a 48-hour program tailored to accelerate and enhance the retention of underrepresented talent. We examine personal and social narratives that shape beliefs and the unique personal and workplace experiences that may create obstacles. Crowning Point’s signature I.M.P.A.C.T. Method© provides a roadmap to ensure skills learned lead to tangible change in behavior and thought patterns to pivot, take charge of their professional growth, and commit to their professional growth and advancement.

- Individual Assessments and Surveys.
- Manager Pairing Program to Facilitate the Manager/Participant Relationship and Application of Content.
- Seven Individual Executive Coaching Sessions with the Manager.
